1. Neutrality & Code of Conduct
AOA Portal Gautam Buddh Nagar is a civic-tech initiative operated by Bhartiya Adhikar Sahayak Foundation. The platform maintains strict institutional neutrality:
- Non-political: The platform is completely independent of political parties, commercial developers, and builder alliances.
- Factual & Evidence-based: Content, milestone trackers, and RTI updates must be substantiated by official documents (e.g. RTI replies, registered bye-laws, authority letters, court orders).
- Zero Defamation: Unsubstantiated allegations, personal attacks, character assassination, or harassment of individuals (including builder staff or resident representatives) are strictly prohibited.
2. Privacy Notice (DPDP Act 2023 Compliance)
Bhartiya Adhikar Sahayak Foundation acts as the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023:

3. Society Moderator Responsibilities
Each verified society has 3 to 5 designated moderators. Under this policy:
- Confidentiality of Proofs: Resident proofs (such as entrance selfies, electricity bills, or possession slips) are accessible only to authorized society moderators and must never be shared, downloaded, or exported externally.
- Factual Integrity: Moderators are personally responsible for verifying the accuracy of stage tracker updates, uploaded documents, and RTI timelines before marking them public.
- Non-Discussion System: The portal is an information vault, not an open social forum. Moderators may not publish unverified gossip or commercial promotions.
4. Content Takedown & Grievance SLA
If any society content, document, or statement is claimed to be inaccurate, infringing on copyright, or violating personal privacy:

Takedown SLA: All complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours. If prima facie infringement or personal harm is identified, the content is unpublished within 48 hours pending review.
